Why should I buy from you?

A: Because you cannot get those parts from other suppliers. But we do hard to find and obsolete electronic components.

Do you have physical  parts in your stock?

A: Yes, we have plenty of stock in our own warehouse in Thailand. Parts are active and passive components. check our website ww.wt.co.th.

Where are the companies that you do business with?

A: We are doing  business world wide.

What is your normal Lead Time?

A:  If the parts are in our local stock, they will be delivered next day thru your appointed forwarder agent. Or we will confirm back when it will be delivered.

How many samples can I get and how long does it take?

A: Samples will be charged and it will be delivered whenever it is available.

What is your return policy ?

A: Parts are returned for the reasons of defective and malfunctions no question asked. For other reason then we can discuss.

Do you have minimum order?

A: No. We sell even 1 piece, No minimum order quantity, but our terms are FOB Bangkok Thailand or FOB China. Then the freight charges would be too costly for small quantity.

Can you support small quantity on hard to find?

A: Yes, we are expert on this hard to find and obsolete parts

Can you ship on our UPS, FedEx or DHL account?

A: Yes, we do ship via these courier services and other courier as your demand.

Is there any guarantee about the parts ?

A: Yes, if parts are not usable, we accept the return and money fully back guarantee.

If parts are used on normal conditions, we do guarantee usage.
